Summary:Small quantity of cone rubber spring products had inner defects for application, which should be detected. A stretching simulation method was presented which detected products defects by stretching cone rubber spring and observing load-shifting characteristic curve kink behavior, through which cone rubber spring reasonable stretching value was determined. The method could be an addition for testing rubber components quality stability.
