description This study looked at the impact of Islamic finance on Yemeni economic development, with an emphasis on the role of Islamic banks in the Aden Governorate. Using a qualitative methodology, including a (50) individual sample survey. A questionnaire is used for data collection, which was analyzed with SPSS program.     The methodology of this study is descriptive - analytical, and it consists of a survey questionnaire that has been prepared to determine the objectives and hypotheses of the study. The study has two main aspects, the first one is the theoretical aspect, which defines the importance of the study (practical and theoretical) and the Literature Review and the other aspect is the practical aspect. The collected data has been entered and processed using SPSS package. The study investigates how profit-and-loss-sharing arrangements and asset-based financing help productive firms grow, improve production, and generate jobs. The data reveal that Islamic financing supplied by Tadhamon, Saba, and Al-Kuraimi banks has a major impact on Yemen's economic development. Asset-based financing methods such as Murabaha and Ijarah boost investment and assist small and medium-sized businesses to thrive.
