description Total knee arthroplasty (TKA) is an end-stage treatment options for patients with osteoarthritic disorders of the knee. The tourniquet, a commonly used method of hemostasis, has the advantage of effectively reducing intraoperative bleeding, optimizing cemented fixation, and providing a clear operative field. However, it is also accompanied by risks such as insufficient ischemia reperfusion and deep vein thrombosis. With the concept of Enhanced Recovery After Surgery(ERAS), the use of tourniquets in knee replacement has generated much discussion. In this study, a systematic analysis of the evidence-based use of TKA tourniquet, its potential complications, and its prevention and control strategies was carried out by literature review, aiming to provide a reference for the development of an individualized tourniquet management plan in accordance with the principles of ERAS. (全膝关节置换术(TKA)是膝骨关节疾病的终末期治疗方法, 止血带作为该术中常用的止血方法, 其优点是可有效的减少术中出血、优化骨水泥固定, 且提供清晰的术野。然而也伴随着缺血再灌注不足和深静脉血栓等风险。随着加速康复外科理念(ERAS)的深入, 止血带在膝置换术中的使用也引发了诸多讨论。本研究通过文献综述的方法, 围绕 TKA 止血带使用的循证依据、潜在并发症及其防控策略展开系统分析, 旨在为制定符合ERAS原则的个体化止血带管理方案提供参考。)
