Summary:In March 2008, the Department for Innovation, Universities and Skills (DIUS) published the White Paper, “Innovation Nation” setting out the aim and the purpose of the country’s innovation policy. It also considers the role of the government in promoting innovation in business and the public sector in order to make the UK the most attractive place in the world to run an innovative business or public service.
