Difficulties, failures and achievements will be highlighted by focusing on the students and reorganizing human resources, closely related to the topic. The purpose of the presentation is to present one’s own professional development and to summarize the foregoing achievemens. The institution’s entire attitude formation and development has not yet taken place, but the conscious career guidance and future planning for our students is already a significant development.
