| Summary: | This paper analyzes the content of prescription that embeds project management in two subsidiaries of an industrial firm, and how it is produced. It shows how the firm appropriates and transforms into prescription the individual skills of project managers. But it also shows that the transfer of their skills (to their organization) improves the ability of each of them. The paper likewise shows that sharing their best practices with colleagues can increase their chances of promotion. |
