Summary:Vernal keratoconjunctivitis(VKC) is a common bilateral allergic disease clinically characterized by limbal papillae (Horner Tranta dots) in limbal form, papilllae in palpebral form and both can be seen in mixed form. This photoessay highlights the conjunctival cysts in a case of severe VKC, which were seen bilaterally. Cysts are seen as multiple hypreflective spaces seperated by intervening septa with increased thickness of conjunctival epithelium.
