Description
Summary:This papers presents the revision of the medieval antecedents over the dialogue between the different religions. This revision take place in the light of De pace fidei (1454) of Nicolaus Cusanus, that was interpreted in Modernity as a model of religious tolerance. The inaccessibility of the Truth or deus absconditus and the factum of the diversity lay the foundations for the search of the unity in the difference. The philosophical Foundations of the Trinity and the lncarnation, which acceptance is indispensable for the building of the peace of the faith, shows the coherence between Philosophy and Theology, both understood in the sens of the docta ignorantia
