Summary:The article substantiates the need to improve the corporate culture of an economic entity in the context of the transition of the domestic economy to an innovative development path. Consideration of corporate culture as one of the main factors of the internal environment of the enterprise, which has a significant impact on the effectiveness of using its innovative potential, has made it possible to identify certain types of corporate culture of the commercial structure that form a favorable innovation environment. The use of the proposed methodology for analyzing the current state of the corporate culture of the business entity contributed to the formulation of the main measures aimed at improving the management effectiveness of its innovative potential.
