All business organizations in the current era, whether public or private, productive or service, face many challenges as a result of rapid and continuous scientific and technical changes and developments, and in the face of these challenges the traditional management, with its processes and means, has become incapable of making the organization competitive, which makes it imperative for these organizations to use All the available contemporary management methods enable it.
The research aims to define the method of strategic management in developing the administrative performance of the Lebanese Wrestling Federation through identifying the administrative reality of the Lebanese Wrestling Federation and the objectives and philosophy of the Lebanese Wrestling Federation under the strategic management. And the environmental analysis of the administrative performance of the Lebanese Wrestling Federation put forward a proposed vision for the strategic management to develop the administrative performance in the Lebanese Wrestling Federation. The two researchers used the descriptive method with its survey method in order to suit the nature of the research. The sample of the research, consisting of 214 individuals, was selected by random stratified method, from the research community of 325 individuals for: Teams, team administrators, coaches and players. In addition, (30) individuals were used as an exploratory sample from the research community and outside the basic research sample in order to conduct scientific transactions (truthfulness - consistency
