The research aims to define the method of strategic management in developing the administrative performance of the Lebanese Wrestling Federation through identifying the administrative reality of the Lebanese Wrestling Federation and the objectives and philosophy of the Lebanese Wrestling Federation under the strategic management. And the environmental analysis of the administrative performance of the Lebanese Wrestling Federation put forward a proposed vision for the strategic management to develop the administrative performance in the Lebanese Wrestling Federation. The two researchers used the descriptive method with its survey method in order to suit the nature of the research. The sample of the research, consisting of 214 individuals, was selected by random stratified method, from the research community of 325 individuals for: Teams, team administrators, coaches and players.
