Summary: | An industrial park is mainly composed of enterprises involving petrochemical industry, chemical fiber textile, fine chemicals, new energy, new chemical materials and so on. According to the quality and quantity characteristics of the wastewater, pre-treatment+hydrolytic acidification+A2O-MBR+catalytic ozonation+biologicalaerated filter+denitrification filter were adopted for wastewater treatment. After a year of stable operation, the effluent quality could meet first A criteria in Discharge Standard of Pollutants for Municipal Wastewater Treatment Plant (GB 18918-2002). The total investment of the project was 235 million yuan, The direct operation cost of wastewater treatment plant was 3.5 yuan/m3. The combined treatment process, design parameters and operating experience of this plant could be reference for relevant projects. |
