RESUMEN:
La formación del profesorado de bachillerato siempre ha resultado una tarea inacabada, pues las distintas experiencias llevadas a término nunca han concluido con saldo positivo duradero. Así se desprende de lo acontecido durante estos últimos años en nuestro sistema educativo, desde la implantación del CAP hasta el efímero TED. El artículo se ocupa de ello y lo hace desde la posición que le corresponde a la Geografía aportando ideas y reflexiones acerca del cometido que debiera tener nuestra ciencia y su didáctica en la formación inicial del futuro docente.

Higher education teachers instruction has been always a difficult subject to deal with. Spanish educational system enhances this afirmation. From CAP to TED many deficiencies appear. This paper gives ideas and thoughts about Spanish educational system and the paper that Geography and its didactics are supposed to develop.

La formation du professorat de baccalauréat a toujours résulté une tache inachevée. 11est ainsi conclu de ce qui est arrivé pendant ces demiers années dans notre systeme éducatif, depuis I'implantation du CAP jusqu'a l'éphémere TED. L'article apporte des idées et des réflexions sur I'affectation qui devrait avoir la Géographie et sa didactique dans la formation initiale du futur enseignant.
