| description | The aim of the article is to present a new method for the description of a child's experience and to estimate the probability of a parental mistake based on child's experience. The new method is approximated on the example of research on constraining the child's own activity (which is one of the mistakes). The study was conducted on six children attending kindergarten (children aged 6 years). The study used the Strategy of Children's Experience Analysis (SCEA). The children played the role of competent judges and gave answers about the experiences of their peers from the stories presented to them (projection). In this way, information was gathered on the possible experience of pre-school children in the situation of constraining their own activity. The results showed that among the three types of constraining of the child's own activity a) general, b) relational, c) manual - with the greatest probability of error is related constraining the child's relational activity, ie. limiting child's relationship with other people. As research has shown, the SCEA strategy can be successfully used not only to study children's experience for research purposes, but also to analyze the experience of a single child. |
