Description
Summary:Intelligent manufacturing has become a disruptive force in the global industrial landscape in the age of Industry 4.0. In mechanical automation, responsive and flexible control systems are essential as manufacturing lines become increasingly intricate. The purpose of this research is to assess production control systems for mechanical automation in the context of intelligent manufacturing settings. The evaluation of system effectiveness, flexibility, data integration, and real-time responsiveness is prioritized. The study investigates how intelligent settings affect system performance and decision-making quality by examining important operational and technological factors. We use the ForestSoft set to split each main criterion into a TreeSoft set and in each TreeSoft we compute the criteria weights and rank the alternatives. We use the WPM method as an MCDM to rank alternatives. The results highlight how crucial it is to include smart infrastructure and advanced analytics into production systems to improve flexibility and competitiveness in contemporary manufacturing.
