Summary:In order to solve the problem that optimal synchronous PWM was prone to loss control when it was used for fast dynamic regulation of closed-loop vector control, a vector control strategy of permanent magnet synchronous motor based on optimal stator flux trajectory closed-loop control was proposed. The principle of harmonic current minimum optimization PWM was briefly described, the optimal switching angle was provided, and the mathematical relationship between the optimal switching angle and the corresponding optimal flux trajectory was established. Based on the hybrid modulation strategy including asynchronous modulation and synchronous modulation, the vector control system of PMSM's maximum torque-current ratio was constructed. Aiming at the synchronous modulation mode, the method of realizing fast dynamic regulation of the system by optimizing the closed-loop control of flux trajectory was mainly introduced. The closed-loop control method of optimizing flux trajectory was verified by simulation and experiment.
