description As key component of the roadheader,gyration platform has a significant impact on the performance of the work efficiency and dynamic reliability of the oadheader,Based on the coupled multi-body system dynamics theory,roadheader’s flexible virtual prototype coupling model of gyration platformwas established;combined with the actual working condition,cutting head’s load files were obtained based on the "roadheader design system software",equivalent stress and strain contours of the gyration platform were obtained by ADAMS;gyration platform’s fatigue life analysis was researched by NSOFT and reliability theory,and then to do optimize design in 10 areas of the low fatigue life reliability,after the optimize,gyration platform ’s maximum equivalent stress was reduced by 35.027%,Concept areas achieves reliable working conditions,which meet the design requirements.
