Summary:In order to simplify the topology structure of the traditional EMU charger, reduce the volume and weight of the equipment and improve the safety, the DAB was applied to the EMU charger. In view of the problem that the traditional single-phase-shifting (SPS) control strategy introduced too large current stress when the power was returned and the voltage did not match, a novel dual-phase-shifting control strategy was proposed, which added the optimal internal phase-shift ratio between the bridge arms of the high-voltage side to realize closed-loop control of output voltage and minimize the return power of DAB, reducing the current stress of switches. Detailed control algorithms and design procedures were presented, and MATLAB/Simulink simulation and experiment results verified the effectiveness of the proposed method.
