description In a search for the causes of recent global economic turmoil and financial crises, many scholars believe the root of these upheavals is the lack of ethics in business (exchange). This necessitates the call to consolidate the relationship between economics and ethics; a trend is well observed and variably documented in the literatures of prominent economists.                This research aims to investigate ethics in exchanges from Islamic economics perspective and its economic impacts.
