| Summary: | The temperature of flue gas in furnace is one of the important monitoring parameters for boiler
security and economical efficiency, and the research into this topic is of great importance. Taking the furnace in a 35
t /h industry pulverized coal boiler with two swirl burners on the front wall as an example, the nozzle of two burners
were placed on the surface of the water-cooled tube diameter located, and the gas temperature test in the furnace
under 75% and 60% loads was performed. Then, the geometry of the CFD model of the furnace and burner
combined was established. Based on CFD principle, the numerical simulation of control quitions was conducted and
the characteristics of temperature distribution was obtained under above-mentioned operating conditions. The results
indicated that the area-weighted average gas temperature rose sharply in form of about“V”type in the cyclone
diffusion space of secondary air,and the temperature was lower at the position of the burner center axis located, the
maximum relative errors of simulation results were 9. 1% and 5. 1% respectively. This study provided a reference
for the test of the gas temperature in the same type industrial pulverized coal boiler. |
