The isolation and biological activities of antagonistic substances produced by 357 bacteria
The antagonistic substance against fungi, bacteria yeast and the cancer of mouse is isolated from Bacillus cereus. The substance is non-protein and is hydrophobic. Only when cultured in solid medium can such antagonistic substance be secreted.
