This is due to the fact that their activities involve constant research and attempts to apply something new and unconventional. The invested financial resources of investors can both bring a significant profit, and not return at all in the event of a failure of the project. In this situation, business valuation using speciic methods becomes particularly relevant. This article presents a method for evaluating an IT project using real options, which allows you to respond to sudden changes in market conditions, which is essential in a highly competitive environment. Using the binomial approach of this method, it becomes possible to take into account various scenarios for the development of an innovative project and predict risks. |
