| description | Objective To explore the correlation between health literacy and self-management behavior in elderly patients with chronic pain. Methods A total of 200 elderly patients with chronic pain who were treated in a tertiary hospital in Shanxi Province from July 2023 to March 2024 were selected as the research subjects. The survey was conducted using the General Information Questionnaire, Health Literacy Management Scale and Self‐Management Behavior of Chronic Disease Scale. Results The total score of health literacy in elderly patients with chronic pain was 115. 00 (100. 00, 120. 00)points, and the total score of self-management behavior was 17(14, 23) points, and the total score of health literacy and each dimension were positively correlated with the total score of self-management behavior(r=0. 390, P<0. 01). Hierarchical multiple regression analysis found that health literacy level contributed 5. 4% to the changes in self-management behaviors, in particular, communication and interaction ability were associated with the changes in self-management behaviors(P＜0. 05). Conclusion The level of self-management behavior of elderly patients with chronic pain is at a low level, and its overall level is affected by factors such as medical payment mode and communication and interaction ability. In order to improve the self-management level of patients, attention should be paid to improving the cultivation of their health literacy. (目的 调查分析老年慢性疼痛患者健康素养与自我管理行为的相关性。方法 便利选取2023年7月—2024年3月在山西省某三甲医院就诊的200例老年慢性疼痛患者作为研究对象。采用一般资料调查表、慢性病健康素养量表、慢性病自我管理行为量表进行调查。结果 老年慢性疼痛患者健康素养总分115. 00(100. 00, 120. 00)分, 自我管理行为总分17(14, 23)分, 患者健康素养总分及各维度得分与自我管理行为总分呈正相关(r=0. 390, P＜0. 01)。经分层多元回归分析发现, 健康素养对老年慢性疼痛患者的自我管理行为的变异量解释增加了5. 4%, 其中交流互动能力是老年慢性疼痛患者自我管理行为变异的影响因素(P＜0. 05)。结论 老年慢性疼痛患者自我管理行为水平处于较低水平, 其整体水平受医疗付费方式、交流互动能力等因素的影响。为提高患者自我管理水平, 应重点关注健康素养的培养。) |
