Summary:Uterine tumor resembling ovarian sex cord tumor (UTROSCT) is a rare uterine mesenchymal tumor, which is classified as a tumor with uncertain malignant potential. In this case report, we reported a 52-year-old woman who was diagnosed with UTROSCT through pathological examination of uterine intramural nodules. We reported the diagnosis and treatment process, aiming to provide new evidence and insights for the diagnosis and treatment of this rare disease.
