Sarah Bell
Sarah Jayne Bell is an Australian environmental engineer. She is the City of Melbourne Chair in Urban Resilience and Innovation at the University of Melbourne, Australia, and Honorary Professor of Environmental Engineering at The Bartlett School in University College London (UCL).
