Abdullah Shah
Abdullah Shah (1965 – 20 April 2004) was an Afghan serial killer found guilty in Kabul of killing more than 20 people, including his wife. His sanctioned execution was the first in Afghanistan since the fall of the Taliban in late 2001. Provided by Wikipedia
