Summary:Spontaneous esophageal hematoma is an extremely rare pathological condition, diagnosed mainly in patients with coagulopathy. We present the rarest case report of spontaneous esophageal hematoma, which occurred on the 5th day after allogeneic cadaveric kidney transplantation in a 53-year-old woman. Early diagnosis and treatment helped to achieve complete hematoma regression without complications.
