This gives this area a unique ground to examine the complexities between migration patterns and gender-based socio-economic structure. This research is based on a mixed-methods approach, combining quantitative and qualitative data analysis gathered through the questionnaire survey method and structured interview schedules of migrants from the Kosi division of Bihar. |
