| description | Objective To investigate the effect of nibble debridement and dressing change technology in nursing of patients with diabetic foot ulcer. Methods Totally 60 patients with diabetic foot ulcer of Qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome were randomly divided into the control group (n=30) and observation group (n=20, and 2 cases lost to follow-up). The control group received basic treatment and routine debridement and dressing change, and the observation group received basic treatment and nibble debridement and dressing change technology. The wound area and pain degree were measured and compared between two groups. Results The averaged wound area and level of pain in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, with a significant difference (P＜0. 05). Based on the Gui Meifen’s thought of Traditional Chinese Medicine nursing inheritance and Yanjing Traditional Chinese Medicine technology, the nibble debridement and dressing change technology is effective to improve the wound healing of patients with diabetic foot ulcer. (目的 探讨蚕食清疮换药技术在糖尿病足溃疡中的应用效果。方法 60例气虚血瘀证糖尿病足溃疡患者分为对照组30例和观察组28例(剔除2例)。对照组采取基础治疗和常规清创换药, 观察组采用蚕食清疮换药技术。观察两组干预前后创面面积变化以及疼痛程度。结果 干预后观察组创面面积小于对照组, 疼痛程度较对照组轻, 差异有统计学意义(P＜0. 05)。结论 基于桂梅芬中医护理传承思想, 挖掘燕京中医特色技术, 采用蚕食清疮换药技术分次逐步地清除疮面坏死组织, 能有效达到化腐生肌、促进伤口愈合的效果。) |
