Description
Summary:In locomotive dispatching, no matter respectively or together, the operation of AC-DC and AC-DC-AC electric locomotives both results in complex working conditions, which exerts serious influence current on the line side. The traction drive systems of AC-DC SS4 and AC-DC-AC HXD3 electric locomotives were analyzed. A SIMULINK simulation model of AC-DC locomotive which could automatically judge the operation segment according to the stage and speed of locomotive was established, as well as SIMULINK simulation model of AC-DC-AC locomotive with space vector pulse width modulation control strategy (SVPWM). On this foundation, a hybrid operation model of variable locomotive under the same traction was established. Through the simulation of typical working conditions, line side current harmonics, harmonic volume and the total current distortion rate could be obtained. The conclusion could be used for resonance analysis, harmonic control, dispatching and other aspects of power supply network.
