Summary:Branchial cleft cyst carcinoma is very rare in clinic, and the clinical signs are not specific. The diagnosis of branchial cleft cyst carcinomas should strictly follow the latest diagnostic criteria, and be distinguished from benign cystic lesions and cystic metastatic carcinomas. This paper reports a case of branchial cleft cyst carcinomatous transformation in our hospital, and reviews its clinical manifestations, diagnosis, treatment and follow-up with reference to the literature. It aims to provide reference for clinical diagnosis and treatment.
