The modern look at pathogenetic mechanisms of joint disease in patients with exodic tick-borne borreliosis is presented. The problems of etiology, pathogenesis, classifications, and morphological peculiarities of Lyme-arthritis and mechanisms of development of immune inflammation are considered.
